Guizhou Province microcredit company pilots estimated to start services in December

Guizhou province starts Microcredit Company (MCC) pilots and would develop business in December according to the “San Nong” plan. The development of the MCC experiment site is to improve the Guizhou Province countryside’s financial services and the small and medium-sized enterprise development environment; distribute financial resources effectively; provide the guidance of private capital for establishing fish breeding and poultry raising and agricultural products processing enterprises; and to provide the multi-level financial services to the agricultural enterprises and the small and medium-sized enterprise and so on. It is reported that according to the progress of the work arrangement, by the end of this year, it will be strongly pushed that each city (province, sub-prefecture) recommends 1--2 units to serve as the MCC model pilot for advancement. It is estimated that in December, after the verification the MCC and its legal registration, the MCC will officially launch their microcredit services.
